Should Student Evaluate their teacher?

    6 years primary school , 5 years secondary school , and 4 more years college life . Youth needs to spend 15 years in their study journey , such a long time . A good teacher build up an intelligent student , but a bad teacher actually fail to attract student’s attention . So , should a student evaluation for teacher who isn’t performing well ? I’m totally agree student to evaluation to the teacher who is not teaching well in class . Through the evaluation system , teacher can get trained from the institution , make themselves a better teacher and also provide a better education for their pupil .

 

     First of all , students are totally privacy and safe in this evaluation system , their identify will not be explored . Through the evaluation system , teachers or lecturer can receive lot of comment from student . Institute will actually take action for those teacher who get the low rating rate in the evaluation system . They will send to training and practice for few months .In the training , teachers are able to learn how to communicate with student in the correct way , and also teaching style . For instance , Male teacher heavy accent make annoying for student , and actually make the whole class situation become bored and also lame . This training can help those male teacher to improve their communication skill with student and also change for their way of speaking .Furthermore , human relationship also can be gained in this training system . Teacher can easily set up a good relationship with student .

    Evaluation system also allowed teacher to have a self-review of themselves . As long as we re human then we always make wrong . With the evaluation system , they are able to find out why are them getting a low rating rate , and what should them improve , it easily let lecture to make correction from fail and mistake . Once the lecturer of an institute have a good performance in their career , institute will also gain popular among the thousand of school in country

    Institute or university gain more famous and popular among schools in country , Parents are faithful upon to institute, more intelligent student will be build up and serve for our country .For example ,if a teacher can performance well within this evaluation  system , it actually make more student’s parent put faint in the school .

    Although evaluate a teacher is good , there are some people also think that , their identity will be explored in the evaluation system . They afraid some evil lecturer will be revenge for their evaluate action . Student also afraid their academic assignment will be giving low mark because of evaluate a teacher. For instance , a student have done the evaluation, giving a bad comment ,and also low rating rate . At the same time , teacher know who’s the one , and started to revenge on the student .

    The idea of people who think that way do no hold water . Evaluation system is totally one hundred percent P&C . No student ID , student name , or not even a single student details will be attached .Teacher who get evaluated will not know which student who did evaluation . All they can do it’s just face the truth and learn how to accept for the comment been given by others .

    In the nutshell , Evaluation bring a lot of benefit for student and also teacher . Student are able to conclusive and give comment to their teacher without having face to face conflict with teacher ; Teachers are able to learn how to improve their ability and also have a good relationship with their student
